*JULY 4th FAMILY FUN* Come to Ridgefield Park on Saturday, July 4th, near the playground/sprinkler area by Ridgefield St. and Park Ave. This area has a perfect view of the fireworks at the Plaza. Bring your own food/non-alcoholic beverages/games and plan to stay from 7 PM until after the fireworks, weather permitting. PHNA members will supply the goodwill!

Pine Hills is a large, diverse, historic, and vibrant neighborhood. We have an exciting mix of families, homeowners and college students with lots of things to see and do. Pine Hills Neighborhood Association (PHNA) is among the largest and oldest in Albany.

We invite you to explore our website and our neighborhood.  Inside you'll learn about the Pine Hills Neighborhood Association and about Pine Hills today and yesterday, places to go and things to do, and who we are.  If you'd like to find out about membership, please see our Membership Page.

A Neighborhood to Discover; A Place to Call Home - Pine Hills

*STREET TREE PLANTING PROGRAM* affords city residents the opportunity to have a street tree planted in front of their home. To encourage plantings the city will underwrite one half the cost of purchasing and planting each tree. 

Applications can be obtained by calling the DGS at 434-CITY (2489) or by visiting the City of Albany's Website Deadline for the spring planting is April 15th. Trees will be  offered again in the fall. Deadline for fall planting orders is September 15th.
