 As one of the city’s largest neighborhood associations, when PHNA speaks, people listen; but size can also be a detriment. Pine Hills covers a diverse area and what is important to some may not be an issue for others, leaving people feeling disconnected. PHNA has addressed this problem with the division of the organization into six geographic areas, each with its own Area Rep. The Area Rep is the “face of PHNA” right in your own neighborhood. The area rep will serve as your voice in the neighborhood association, and provide a means for all of us to share ideas to build a better neighborhood.
