Pine Hills Neighborhood Association was first founded in 1900, incorporated in 1971, and is the largest neighborhood association in Albany. The assocation is currently running under the following BYLAWS

Pine Hills is a member of the Council of Albany Neighborhood Associations 
    (CANA)

Pine Hills is also fortunate to have two C-1 Districts (Neighborhood Commercial Zones).  Middle Madison Avenue was among the first C-1 districts in the city, and the newer upper Madison one.  The PHNA contact for the C-1 Districts is Shannon Hickman who can be reached at
